Average hotel, good location, close to the center of Nica and the English promenade, rooms are clean, the food was bad. Recommended for one or two days, as a temporary accommodation. Nice is a beautiful city.

Three single beds in one room with a foot of space between them. One power socket at floor level with wires hanging out. Had to recharge my mobile from the power socket high up on the wall resting it on a picture frame that had a blank piece of paper (minimalist masterpiece?). We stayed at this hotel for two nights on a Contiki trip. The hotel was about a fifteen minute walk into the centre of nice and 20 minutes to the beach. It was good. Close to town. Though quite odd people around. Sleazy people on the street and there was a man ah....' having a jolly ol' time on the opposite balcony (with himself and his sun bed). Would be okay if you were off exploring all the time.

Hotel was adequate,stayed there over a weekend ,close to Gare SNCF for those interested in exploring the Riveria. Rooms comfortable ,on the small side. Staff welcoming and helpful. Free wifi advertised,but almost impossible to login, and remain connected. Very narrow street our balcony was looking onto residences across the street.

Dirty towels, lots of hairs in the bathroom, dirty linen, very noisy... It was horrible, did not sleep more the complete night!

It's not bad located, with many multicultural restaurants arround. The big problem was the manager.... when we arrived to the hotel and did the check-in everything was ok. but few hours later she tried to convince us that we didn't pay the room... i got wery andry and had to show her my personal account in internet to see that...
