The only reason I rate this as OK and not terrible is that it is inexpensive and the staff are friendly. There was fecal material in the toilet when we arrived. There is no soap, shampoo, facecloths. Stayed at the Notre Dame Hotel in Nice for 6 nights during September 2006. Great value and Kevin the owner could not be more helpful.
