Nicola H. sums it up nicely. Very affordable price for Nice. Good, quiet location with a laundry mat around the corner. Very helpful and friendly staff. Not exactly posh digs, but comfortable enough, as well as, very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

We wanted somewhere near the rail station that was reasonably priced. Hotel was basic, but clean. JPierre was a considerate host and was on hand to deal with any problems.

I have a pleasure to stay in hotel Berlioz end October 2011. Extremely friendly staff. Very well equiped room with a nice, calm, warm design. Would strongly recommend, which is not usual in France:-)
