1. The location was very good. Just 2 blocks or so from rue Massena and Place Massena; 5-10 minutes from Old Nice. In a relatively nice mixed commercial area. There were restaurants and shops around. However, late at night, it was a bit quiet. The Nice Etoile shopping mall on rue Massena, with a Monoprix, was about 5-10 minutes away.... more

Great budget hotel in Nice. It's 5 min walk from the main shopping street in Nice. 10 mins from the beach and about the same to the main bus station.
