We're just back from our yearly trip to Ste Maxime, and once again Hotel Montfleuri met our expectations. We've being going to the Montfleuri for many years, and have always been very satisfied with the welcome, the facilities, the food and its perfect position, facing St Tropez and just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Ste Maxime. The... more

We arrived at the Monfleuri on a scorching day, having travelled all morning and stayed in Grenoble the night before (not in a good hotel, either.) Arriving at this hotel was like a breath of fresh air! We parked easily outside, and the receptionist was gracious, spoke perfect English, and found us a room without any problem, which they hurried... more

Stayed here in May 2002 having walked in ‘on spec’ early one evening and again in September 2004. The public areas are well appointed but the room was a little disappointing on both occasions. They are fairly small, feel tired and are in need of renovation. The location though is very good – in a quiet street only a short... more

OK, so it only has three stars and some people have written in the negative about this great place. Well, that's NOT the case. Yes, it is an old property and may not have the frills of nearby hotels (on the wrong side of town). The location is without doubt the best, a short walk passing some splendid villas or... more

This was our third visit in over three years, and we are disappointed. The first and second vists were a pleasure, but the poorly maintained decor, broken tiles on the balcony and rude waiting staff made for an unpleasent experience. The hotel needs a long overdue maintence programme and until this happens, either avoid or don't expect to be wowed.... more

Seemed pricey for what it is...3 Star at best...public areas exceptionally nice and classy, though even they and the rooms need some tidying up (the odd carpet tear/stain, light fittings broken, sticking patio doors, outside paintwork etc). Rooms OK...nice size and all the expected elements. Handy location however. As ever, didn't get 2 rooms close together even tho we booked... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a night, we opted for a sea facing room with balcony. Indeed a very good choice, views of the Gulf of St Tropez and blue sea was very nice. A nice small clean hotel, friendly staff and good location. Must admit, bathroom should have been bigger, not very well maintained, cracks... more

Hotel is very nice, it has great bar, dinning area and lovely terace by the pool. Rooms are average size, nicely decorated and clean. We... more

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little hotel. Triple room was really good size, nicely decorated & spotlessly clean. Hotel very cosy. Excellent food - breakfasts & evening meals. Very helpful hosts. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Location great for those wanting to tour South of France. Walking distance to Ste Maxime itself which had some... more

The room was average size, but very cheery and clean. The bathroom was modern and also clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential community, but within walking distance to the beach, casinos and town center. The restaurant is superior. Breakfast was good, but dinner was superb. more
