The residence is in a reasonable location, but is still a car drive into St.Maxime itself. The gardens are attractive, but the appartment itself was dissapointing. The rooms are simple and functional, but very dated and in need of renovation. All the decor was very 80's at best, the kitchen was rough around the edges and the bathroom pretty dire (cracked sink, falling apart unit, gaping holes under the bath....).
It was functional for a cheap weekend to visit friends, but we wouldn't stay there for a week.
