St Paul De Vence is truly a beautiful place and I would recommend a visit but only for a day! We stayed at les Remparts Hotel, a rather shabby chic experience with little or no customer service. This small old-world hotel was only €54 a night and the room we had was superb, breakfast not included in the price but you can pay for it and eat there. It was one of the more memorable hotels in Provence more
