I have been to Riboto before. It has been over 4 years since my last visit. Christine, Philippe and Jean-Pierre are the same..as gracious and charming as ever. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. It’s not cool and it’s not stuffed with facilities but, for 4 nights on our honeymoon it was perfect. There is not much more I can say about La Riboto de Taven that has not been covered in the previous reviews. We stayed four nights during August, 08. Christine and Phillip are wonderful and make the difference between a good stay and a great experience. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. I highly recommend a visit. more

Quite simply exceptional! The property only has 6 bedrooms and the owners, Christine, Phillipe and Jean Pierre do all the work themselves (plus one maid) and this really shows with the level of service and attention to detail.
