Stayed at the Belle Vue with a friend for 2 nights in mid-September. We did not book this hotel originally but after one night in a not very pleasant hotel (see separate review for the St Louis) we changed to this far superior establishment. Curiously it is run by the same management, yet the two places could not be different.... more
