Risky part of town but great hotel. If you have to go out after dark then take a taxi to a well populated area. We were very close to being assaulted. more
great hostel - clean, staff so friendly & helpful... all but one spoke English but this wasnt a problem as she was working with an English speaking colleague. Very close to the train station. Very nice hostel. Kitchen, bar, common area and outdoor sitting area were really welcoming and pleasant. Room and bathroom were fine. It was quite noisy, but not so that I minded. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the lack of airconditioning. I'm really happy we weren't there at the height of summer! more
The hostel is nice. The people, the feeling, the building. The room is good, so is the bathroom. Not having a lift didn't bother me, once it is classified as a hostel. We had decided to go to Marseille and when I went to book a hotel I had difficult finding anywhere suitable. I then remembered reading about this hotel in a magazine that I had.
