Rooms are clean and a good size Bathroom small but adequate..Beds comfortable Towels thin. Decor needs an update. Breakfast very good by French standards. Staff efficient and pleasant. This hotel will suit people doing Europe on a budget it is not for the fussy or infirm (because of the stairs)

Booked 2 rooms online because of location and they were said to have ac. One with no view, one with port view. Room without view was quiet but very dark. Ideal location at Viuex Port. Very comfortable bed, sound-proofed room, very clean, air conditioned, bathtub and individual safe in room is nice touch. Very friendly staff. Enormous breakfeast (eggs, ham, cheese, fresh juice , croissants etc. well worth the additional 8 euros. Nice architecture. Near everything in very safe area.
