One of the nicest Novotel I stayed in. It shares the same beautiful location as the Pullman. Fantasctic view from the Restaurant and bar!!! The room are of typical Novotel style. Clean and confortable but nothing fancy. The food is relatively average, as it is unfortunately the case quite often at Novotel hotels. More

Good location and easy walk into Vieux Port. Great views from restaurant and breakfast area. The rooms are a good size for a family of four. If you want a view you will need to pay for one. Otherwise it is views over back of park, parking area and dumpsters. Superb swimming pool area, which gets really crowded in summer. More

good location close to the vieux port, decent rooms with all necessary equipment. Best of all: very nice spa (shared with the sofitel). More

Hotel is located with a view to Old Port (hence the name Vieux Port). The Novotel rooms does however not have view over the Port, this is exclusively to the adjacent Sofitel. Rooms are ok, but old. Bathrooms are functional, but needs a revamp. Hotel does share pool and restaurants with the more expensive and exclusive Sofitel. Nice pool area.... More

Was disappointed with room> Granted hotel was fully booked, but should have had transparency in offering the room by describing it properly. as room was on groiund floor the view was of driveway and mainentrance. please advise customers before assigning them to room. More

From arrival, staff were great. I had a nice room overlooking the port and everything was pretty much perfect. I had dinner at the hotel which was very good, as was breakfast. I couldn't really fault the quality of this hotel. More

The hotel has a really great location for city break and business stays in Marseille. It's offer a beautiful view over the old port from the breakfast terrace and swimming pool. The hotel is modern and in a good condition. The staff always smiled and nothing seemed too much for them. My room was spacious and very clean, however it... More

Quick and efficient checkin. Stayed there for two nights in July. Good sized rooms but a bit bland. Very comfortable bed. Small pool but fine for kids -- great view. Good location in/near the old port. Good breakfast spread. Good bang for your buck. Nothing fancy but Novotel does the job you pay for. More

we arrived at the hotel having booked a 'superior' room but there was nothing superior about it! When we walked in the room the stench of mould hit us and it was disgusting. We had booked for 4 people but no second bed was made up, there were only 2 pillows and 2 towels. When i went to ask for... More
