Certainly this is a modern 3 star (french standard) hotel, and on this basis we see no reason for complaint. Would easily rate 3+ (probably 4) stars in Australia. The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. We spent 40 euro in taxi's each day just to get to local attractions. If it wasn't for the outdoor shopping center across the street, we would have left!!! The staff was not helpful on any level. No recommendations for restaurants, did not even know where the Tour De France was going... more

We stayed in the Best Western Marseille Bonneveine Prado hotel in October this year. Rooms were a good size but not very comfortable and in need of refurbishment.
