A friend and I booked this hotel for a trip to Marseille for a rugby match. We chose it mainly because it was cheap and near the stadium (and also near a Metro station so we could get into town easily). We paid 60 euros a night for a twin room (not including breakfast, which was extra) and it was perfectly OK for the price.
It was easy to find - just about visible from the Metro station at Rond-point du Prado, and from there it's 10 minutes into the city centre. The area is fine - mostly businesses in the immediate area but there are restaurants and bars just round the corner and it's a short bus ride to the coast and the famous Prado beaches.
It was a small room with a very small ensuite bathroom, but it was clean and functional. There was only limited space for hanging clothes - not a problem for a short stay but perhaps a problem for anything longer.
