In the end of April I booked two triple rooms for my six family members for two nights, received e-mail confirmation. When we arrived to the hotel they informed us, that they can acommodate us just for one night out of two. A pleasant hotel, but not recommended. A brief comment of mine triggered a gratuitous string of insults and xenophobic taunts from the proprietor; not what I would wish for any other traveller. Not surprisingly, we cut short our stay. more

I had to cancel my reservation for August and I did it with two weeks time. When I asked how do they pay back the 40 euros they took from my account when I booked, they answered that they never do and they always keep the money doesn't matter if you are calling two months or two weeks before.
