Stayed for a night had a few problems with a the computer system, and got upgraded to a larger room for free. Had no problems with the rooms or anything in the hotel. I've stayed at better hotels in Annecy (for example Allobroges Hotel), but it's absolutely okay. I didn't know if I was about to give it three or four stars, and I'd probably choose 3½ stars.
