The hotel is beautiful, no doubt about that. Staff is friendly enough, though when problems arose, they were either a)no where to be found, or b)copping attitude about how the mishap was OUR problem, not theirs. Watch out for random parking signs, they can fall over and pierce your tires, costing you an entire DAY trying to track one down... More

Dear Madam, Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel. First of all, the parking panel is installed at a place where cars are not supposed to park. Following this problem, we did our best to find an open and available garage on Saturday. I personally put our technician at your Husband's disposal to remove the damaged wheel and... More

This Eco hotel is situated just 1min walk from Aguile de midi train station(one stop before Mont Blanc) I tried to book via the hotel's site after reading raving reviews, but I could not manage to successfully use the hotel Booking site, so I ended up using OTEL.com and manage to book a superior room for US450. When we arrive... More

Dear Madam, Thank you for spending time to give us your opinion. We understand that the exceptional weather conditions (-20°C) restricted you from experiencing all that you expected. This city is wonderful to visit and offer some activities for non-skiers, like snowshoeing, ice-skating etc... but, of course, they take place outdoors. We really did our best to issue all your... This is our second stay at the Le Morgane and we were anticipating a good visit since we booked a junior suite this year. The service remains very good at the hotel -- Frederik, one of the managers, is terrific and super helpful. And the location is great with spectacular views and convenient walking access to the town. Also, there... More

Very modern, clean hotel and staff could not have been more helpful...however I was woken up at 4am by noise of disco music coming from club along the road opposite on 2 out of 4 nights ( road that leads to the Aguille de Midi) I was told that the Hotel had an ongoing problem with the Disco.Very good location... Friends were out in Chamonix skiing, so decided to join them for 3 nights. Only room available was a Junior Suite, which at 625 euros a night thought would be lovely. Arrived at hotel at 10.15 pm to be told restaurant closed at 10 and they didn't do room service after that time either, so we survived on nuts from... More

Had a nice four night stay at Le Morgane. We were upgraded from a Junior Suite to the Family sized corner suite which had fantastic views of Mont Blanc and Aguile du Midi. The Hotel is very well located and only a short stroll into the centre of town. We enjoyed and made good use of the pool and sauna.... More

Be sure to specify a request for a soundproof room. The hotel and foyer are lovely to look at, the 'spa' is trying to make the stay memorable. The rooms here are SSSOOOOOO NOT sound proof. The snoring man next door droned all night from 10pm till 7am, then we heard him toilet! and shower and drag his suitcase around... More

This was our first visit to Chamonix, we normally stay in Megeve or Courmayeur on our way to Italy, and we were a little unsure as to whether it was the right decision. It certainly was the right decision. The hotel was faultless. The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The restaurant was amazing. We didn't... More
