Discusting!! Was not what we believed we had booked. We couldn,t get in.Then the lift was broken,stair lights were out.Room floor was filthy,Shower head was broken and not so much as a bar of soap!! Wot a dump - service was basic, accommodation was very basic and ancient, in fact this could have been in the 'accommodation from hell' listing - my children were so upset my youngest burst out crying. First thing to note is that the Ciel is not a Hotel. They are simple apartments with simple amenities. Each apartment comes with cooking facilities and utilities. If you booked last minute and paid a small fortune for what you think is a hotel you will be somewhat disappointed, on the other hand if you paid 50 Euro a night... more

We booked this 4 day break last minute and this was the only option we had for accomadation. The rooms are located very close to the centre wer all the nite life and great shops wer. But for the skiing i would recommend maybe out of town and select a nicer place to sleep, because you've gotta get the ski... more

We booked in direct with the Residence. We had a very nice stay, the view from the apartment was just fantastic and the position of the Residence is central & convenient. The staff is very helpfull and knows very well the ski domains & also good restaurants around. I would recommend this Residence to anyone that want to spend holidays... more
