Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hotel is really super. Right in the centre of town. They do a regular shuttle to the cablecars/ski areas - out and back. But in fact we used walk back from the main cable car up to Brevant. The breakfast is great! The staff could not have been more helpful. We were a totally disorganised group and the team sorted out ski passes, ski hire and everything for us. Room was small but perfectly comfortable for 3 of us! Spa area is small but never crowded while we were there.

A charming hotel. Great staff. Quiet, clean rooms. Perfectly located. The lounge (really, a comfortable large living foyer or living room) was a perfect place to relax. Onsite driver can take you to local ski slopes. Why else would I hug the front desk staff when I left..they did everything they could to make it a very pleasant stay.

The room and communal areas are clean and tidy with some needing upgrading however this hitel prices seemed over priced for what is included. Carpark and breakfast on site but at additional cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Right in town, with impeccable service, wonderful rooms, and a view of the river. A delightful place to stay. This is a high-end hotel with high-end services, and is accordingly rather pricey. But it is also delightful. It has a well deserved good reputation.

Excellent hotel. Our room, a Mont Blanc suite was perfect. Enough room to entertain our travelling companions. Customer Service, front desk, to bell men, everyone went over and above. Highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located. Lounge area was lovely, and the bar service, came outside to see if we needed anything. Great spot!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Mont Blanc Suite fit our family of 4 with 2 teens comfortably. The room was very beautiful, totally quiet, and the beds very comfy. The bathroom was very nice with 2 sinks and a separate tub I was able to wash clothes in and dry them on the towel warming rack. I loved the balconies overlooking the river with mountain views. The location could not have been more central and convenient in the heart of town amidst all the shopping. We definitely plan on returning as soon as possible. The only small complaint was my daughter wished the spa hot tub was hotter. It felt more luke warm which may be how they do it in France. That is literally the only small complaint anyone in our group had. It was very nice they had big umbrellas by the front door too for guests to use. It rained on us one full day there which was fine because there was so much shopping and restaurants to enjoy. They also have a piano near the lobby my daughter enjoyed playing during the rain. It's a wonderful hotel and we highly recommend it.
