Paper-thin walls: people shouting, banging doors and crying babies all night. TV in room next door blaring until 3am so had to get dressed and go down to reception to get them to speak to the person. Total lack of professionalism. Their staff is unable to correctly record a CC number, when one is provided to guarantee a room. We arrived just before midnight only to discover that they had sold our rooms to other travelers, and didn't have any rooms left. I have just come back from a girlie weekend away and stayed in the "Sleazy Alize". The location is just 200 / 300 yards from the train station.
