We stayed at Hotel Le Boulevardier for 2 nights in March 2009. The Good: It was very well located in the city of Lyon, just besides the Church of St Nizier. Well...bedbugs. Our first night was spent being bitten by these suckers, though they didn't seem too numerous and never bothered us again after that first night, as they changed our room for us. There are LOTS of stairs and floors, with few rooms on each floor. The "hotel" part of Le Boulevardier has a bit of a ratty interior, but... more
