The room was really tiny for . Lack of nearby parking complicated by copious road construction. Elevator was a little pointless since I had to climb a few sets of stairs before getting there. Super locale in the middle of the Presqu'il though.

Just walked in and asked if they had rooms available. The elderly gentleman was very helpful and let me see the room prior to accepting the offer.
