The only hotel actually located on the grounds of St Exupery airport, Lyon. In fact, the location couldn’t be better as it is within the terminal building, between the domestic and international terminals. We booked this hotel for convenience and were not expecting much. It is right inside the airport. But what a pleasant surprise. The room was minute but filled with the most comfortable bed we ever slept in. And a wonderful breakfast to start the trip. more

The hotel is very nice and pretty quiet considering it is located right in the airport. I found it extremely convenient with a late arrival and early morning business the following day. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of pastries, cheeses, breads, fruit, etc and was quite good. more

The Sofitel at the Lyon Airport is very good. Somewhat expensive but the staff is very helpful and you are literally in the airport. The airport has 2 full-service restaurants. We ate in the lesser, the bistro, and it was very, very satisfactory. Well chosen menu, good wine list. more
