Old-world charm reflected in the way the hotel is decorated and the spaciousness of at least my room (junior suite). The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient - but so efficient that it verges on indifferent, impersonal, and cold. Things felt a little old and not the cleanest, but that goes with the look of the place perhaps. more

Searching for a hotel in Lyon we read several reviews and absolutely liked the pictures of the Carlton - and we did not regret doing so.
