Located in central Lyon on a jammed one-block long street, this hotel doesn't have much presence upon arrival but in the end was worth the minor hassles. The hotel is deceiving. It looks grand on the outside but the rooms are ancient and the air conditioning did not work. This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at. The original windows (floor to ceiling doors actually) are still there but there were also double paned windows.
