I had to book a night stay due to flight cancellation at Lyon Aeroport Saint Exupery on the February 1st 2008
The transport shuttle was prompt and the staff was very nice to deal with , the resturant was of very good quality and staff multilingual ability is very helpful
but ....
The room ws so small and deficient in basics that you need ; like no one trash basket in the room, no shampoo for showering ,
I had to go down to the reception to pick a bottle of water that I have requested and after all this I was called late evening to come down to finalize my payment before going to sleep ....
and guess what was the reason?
No staff will be around to do this early in the morning when I was supposed to leave !!!
For such deficinces , I think it is overpriced for the services provided
I hope I'm the only who suffered this because I think the hotel has the potential to provide better service than this with it convinient...
