Hotel Moderne is located in the northern part of Presu'ile and is close to the major sqaures, Vieux Lyon, and Rue de la Republique (the major pedestiran street). My wife and I booked a room for two nights in the middle of the week and could not have been happier with this hotel. The room was very large, possibly the largest hotel room we had during the vacation, which was unexpected surprise since we only paid 50 euros a night. Also, the front desk was friendly, the bathroom was clean and did not leak, and the hotel was easy to access from Gare de la Part Dieu by bus. We definitely would use this hotel again.
