Nothing exciting being there, classic de ville hotel reasonable pricing, staff could try harder but that will be France style not there fault....... But the stairs case and all their old furniture dispatched around the hotel are superb, make me want to stay at that location every time I'll be in the area;-)

Nice clean hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Great job on isolation as hotel is in front of railway station. Price/quality relation is right. If you expect better, go next door, to Les Trois Gros. Far better, but even far expensive.

I decided to stay here for two nights on my first trip to France. Arrangements were not possible at another hotel to stay in Roanne for two nights versus one. it was the worst hotel I have ever been too.Our room didnt have an air condition system and it was really hot.we wanted to change our room but they said it was fully booked.it was also i dirty room. everything about the room is the worst it could be.
