We stayed here for the second leg of our honeymoon. Upon arriving we were welcomed by some very pleasant front desk staff and soon after enjoyed a drink on the terrace which looks out across the lake - a truly beautiful view. The Auberge du Pere Bise is idylic - on the clear waters of Lake Annecy in the beautiful town of Talloires. Balconies open to lake. Dining good but practice your french and know your dining etiquette to a tee before you eat there. Quite stuffy. more
