Room not cleaned during my entire 3-day stay, with large dust bunnies, stains on the carpet and furniture, strange spots on the bathroom surfaces, and dirty dishes in the hallway. 12-14 degrees C outside, but heat in the hotel not turned on, no spare portable heaters, no extra blankets - service staff only says "I'm sorry."
