Stayed there for a convention. Baden is a beautiful city. Rooms are extremely expensive. Value for money is very low. As a matter of fact, this is probably the most expensive room for which I pay any one year. even more expensive than a room in NYc in December or Munich in October. So I have been to Holland hotel with my family. we had 5 rooms alltogether, so all the reception staff except for one nice lady are rude, not nice at all, and barely understand what you ask them in English. We asked to get rooms to the park and they said they don't have any, tomorrow we asked another personal... more
The reservation is quick and nice, the hotel is very good, clean and charming. It is located in the center of town and you actually feel totally disconnected from the town. Staff was kind and efficient. more
I had an excellent stay at that hotel. Parking is a little bit tricky in baden-baden, but the hotel have parking spaces behind the hotel. I was there for the horse races in Iffezheim.
