Other than being a little hard to find, this little hotel was a great place to stay with my family. The rooms are small but clean and well appointed, and you can't get a better location in this wonderful little city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. more

This is a *fantastic* hotel right in the centre of Freiburg. We had two rooms here for one night. Our Sat Nav took us close to the hotel, but we had to call to be 'talked in'. This August we visited Freiburg and we stayed at Hotel Am Rathaus. This hotel is very centrally located and it is good value for money. My family enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast served was very good. This hotel although small is a gem. The staff were all very helpful even though we do not speak German. more
