The Hotel is newly opened and "funkelnagelneu" as they say in the Black Forest, "brand spanking new", so they are still getting used to running it, and (I think) a bit overstretched. This is a comfortable hotel, with great beds and a wonderful breakfast in a scenic university town (Freiburg). The only failing is that it is a brisk 20 minute walk from the train station, which takes a while with luggage in tow...but one could take a taxi of course.
