The hotel is simply amazing. And also the guest room is fantastic. The spa is one of the most beautiful we've ever seen. Very clean and full of facilities. Very good breakfast and the restaurant is high level. If you'll ever visit black forest in germay, book this hotel. It worths every euros more

The Wehrle is a small deluxe hotel with a long tradition. I was impressed by the comparatively high standard which I didn't expect in such a remote place. Especially the spa is to be recommended, rather small but fully featured and fancy designed. Don't expect a big park it is very small as well. Nothing to complain about staff apart... more

We had a lovely weekend stay at the Park Hotel recently. While it is a tradional German hotel, we didn't find it outdated at all as some other reviewers seemed to. Our room was pretty and comfortably equipped, bathroom was spacious and clean, the spa area was fantastic, and breakfast was ample and varied. We also enjoyed the free wifi... more

This hotel was likely a wonderful resort in it's day, but it is rather tired. The staff were wonderful and the common areas nice, with a nice breakfast, but the room was somewhat tired and the Triberg area was not overly exciting. The Falls are lovely and hiking around them was fun, but they are no more exciting than any... more

Very nice room with balcony and a wellness centre many five star would envy. The garden is just nearing completion (June 2007) and will add to the beauty of your balcony view. The food in the evening was served with a grand gesture but did not quite live up to the occasion, still it was good value. The breakfast lacked... more

We stayed here on our honeymoon, which was very much an ad hoc experience, on the recommendation in Fodor's Germany. A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, well run in the German tradition. We did not eat here (except for breakfast) so can't comment on that, but our room was roomy and comfortable, and immaculately clean. No complaints at all. more

This was a decent hotel with a very good restaurant. I think our table was built into an antique four-poster bed. The parking was creative (tight) on their grounds and the location is excellent. We would stay there again. more

We stayed here with our two young children and enjoyed it a great deal. It's a very lovely hotel and the restaurant was exceptional. We arrived at the hotel tired and hungry after several hours on the road. The restaurant was so cozy and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly also. Our room was split into two bedroom... more

We stayed at the Romantikhotel Park Wehrle with our two young children. We asked for a suite with two rooms, but we were not told there was no door between the two rooms. It may as well have been one big room. So for four nights we shuffled ourselves around, trying to get the best sleeping situation for the family.... more

For the last 12 years we have begun our Black Forest hiking trip here at Triberg. We have found the town and hotel to be extraordinary. The hotel is so european - decorated beautifully, and most of the folks speak english. Restaurant food is excellent. Be sure you stop in at the shops on Main Street and take a hike... more
