I stayed there for one night in March 2008 as it was one of the better hotels in the Heidelberg/Walldorf area. Staying in Walldorf was not optimal for a variety of reasons and I preferred to stay in Heidelberg. Heidelberg is a regular stop, and the Europaische Hof is excellent, and my preferred hotel. The check in is always efficient.
