No Internet when I inquired as to why the staff at the front desk said I wasn't using my computer right. I went to Starbucks and had no problem. Also the shower leaked and towels were worn. Not worth the price.

Location is fantastic, in the middle of restaurants, not that you have to look for any, because its right there, from the entrance way on your left. The Hip Hotel is centrally located in Heidelberg near the Christmas Market and Old Town. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was very good selection. We stayed in the Australian Down Under Room which was very comfortable. We would stay here again on our next trip to Heidelberg.

The rooms are quite unique and very fun. The decor is so like the city the room is named after. The staff were quite plesant and helpful. My friends and I had three rooms and each room was so very different but comfortable.
