I really wanted to like the Boarding House. They have tried hard to make it a stylish 'boutique 'style hotel but several areas need improving. Rooms are well furnished and very clean. Each room features a kitchenette which was a nice surprise – but since we were only staying for a night we didnt get any use out of it. This place was great: the rooms were spacious and clean and very elegantly decorated. It made me feel very comfortable. It was also very quiet...considering it is only a 10 minute walk at most from Heidelberg's main street in the altstadt!
