“Great value in Heilbronn, Germany”

The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts have a good variety of items from eggs, to cereal, to fruit and cheese. It is an excellent value. The staff are very polite, and always offer to help, and the service is very good. I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay again.

“AC problems”

AC did not work and we had it all to "freezing" basically and it was a very mildly cold and very weak stream of air coming out. Went to the front desk and they told us that the AC adjusts according to the outside temperature and they would have to manually adjust it. They adjusted it and it still was... More

I always stay at this hotel because: 1. Tram stop - 1 Min 2. Railway station - 05 Mins 3. Shopping and Food - 10 Mins 4. Friendly Staff 5. Co-operative People 6. 24 x 7 Food and Drinks What else do you need to make your stay pleasent!

Stayed here for six weeks a few years ago while working in the area.I have returned on holiday twice since. I cannot fault the hotel. Rooms are basic but clean. We stayed one night in Heilbronn in July 2011 and to our disappointment the hotel was undergoing a construvtion work, with a lot of noise and dust everywhere. When we complained about this we were moved one floor upwards to stop the noise, well it didn´t much help. When I asked if the price could be negotiated a bit lower... More
