Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights over a weekend, the hotel was great. To begin with the owners and staff were very nice, friendly and accomodating- we were there fro the Volksfest and when they seen we weren't early risers they sugessted that we could have breakfast at a later time, which was great.
The building is an old traditional building, dating from 1617, which makes it interesting with slightly sloping floors and things.
The rooms are quite large in size, most with added en-suites which are compact but perfectly functional.
The hotel is located in a nice small suburb of Stutgart, Unterturkenheim, which has plenty little shops, restaurants and bars just close by and its also close enough to take a stroll into the countryside and walk anoungst the vines in the fields. The public transport network in stutgart is great and there are trains (S-line), trams(U-line) and buses all very near the hotel. The S-line takes 5-10 mins to the main station and city center and...
