The biggest complains our group had was the towels were small, and the place was noisy. Construction is happening on one side and traffic noise was big because it being near a major street. Closing the window solved that problem but then the room was stuffy.
Besides that nothing has changed from previous posts.
Breakfast was standard German fare with scrambled eggs and bacon. Selection of meats and cheeses were a little larger then most places and some Bavarian items.
Would recommend if doing business in Bad Cannstat or going to the fairgrounds. If doing anything else you could probably find other hotels.
