Friendly, welcomming owners plus a location just off the main square makes this a great choice if you're spending a few days in Ulm. We showed up off the street and received a small apartment, very nicely furnished, very clean. 70 E for two. w. bkfst. Rooms are highly variable, so while we had a virtual palace, others are not necessarily the same. No credit card. No air conditioning. No internet. Breakfasts very good, served by friendly fraus.
