We liked this hotel a lot.
Desk staff had adequate English. At my request I was shown two rooms. The first was toward the back of the hotel and had a musty smell. Perhaps it would have cleared with the window open. The second room was odor free, large, clean, and nicely furnished. This was a stop over hotel on the way elsewhere but we would have gladly stayed longer.
Don't worry about all the steps in the front. Parking is in the rear and is ground level. They had an elevator also.
The hotel was quiet which was a surprise because of its location. No AC.
This was our second day in Germany and we were looking for German food. This hotel's restaurant had a full, complete Italian menu with a few German dishes!? We each ordered different German dishes and were pleased with our food. Wait staff was friendly and joked with us a bit, but service was slow. Place was busy tho.
Breakfast included in room price.
