The location of Hotel Bavaria is in the center of beautiful Berchtesgaden. My early-booking rate made the stay well worthwhile. The inclusive buffet breakfast was very good and provided stunning mountain views. The desk staff were quite helpful as well. I would certainly recommend the hotel. more

This is a great place. Located right between the railway station and central Berchtesgaden. And you don't have to climb the step roads to get here from the railway station. We stayed for two nights in the family suite. I was surprised how spacious it was, more like an apartment than a hotel room. There was a kitchen, a jacuzzi, and washing machine. We even had a balcony, which, while overlooking some busy roads, had a great view of the mountains. There was a very relaxing feel to the accomodations.... more
