rooms ok, dinner and bar staff great - but reception staff unfriendly, no smile and not willing to help; think some of them (female) should look for another job because it seems that this one is boring them.

I was transferred here after an overbooking at another Erlangen hotel. The hotel is ideally located for the city centre but there is no free onsite parking (car park is expensive). The room, bar, restaurant and facilities are very basic however the price is good and the staff are great. Perfect for business trips on a budget.

Never had a disappointing experience there in many years. Rooms are modern and quiet. Not sure whether they have WIFI yet. Breakfast buffet is splendid but not cheap. Good location right by the main station, and next to the Altstadt.
