This hotel is beautifully positioned for visits to the scenic castles. Both me and my friends had rooms facing the castle within walking distance of the castles. Just breathtakingly beautiful. The only downside is breakfast is a bit expensive and the rooms are a bit small. more

Entering Hohenschwangau is truly like entering a fairy tale. flew to friedrichshaffen with ryanair for basically nothing and hired a car to drive to hotel. about an hours drive but plenty great views along the way.hotel was good worth the money for the breakfast alone eggs,cheese,bread,croissants,fruit,cakes,yogurts,etc all laid out impecably while a traditionally looking german lady cooked your omlet or eggs how you wanted.it was all very nice and... more

We stayed is this hotel whilst visiting the famous Bavarian castles of Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein. Hotel was very well situated for both Castles and some rooms have a nice view of one of the castles. We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Comfy beds, great views, free parking 100m away, fantastic breakfast, good value for money. Great location in the little village. Great base for exploring the area. Would def reccommend this hotel. Ask for a room with a view of the schloss (castle) more
