Rooms are not spacious, but very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and bi-lingual. This hotel is literally across the street from the train station, but kind of a hike to get to the Marienplatz. There is a S-bahn station near that will get you there quickly though. We cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. The location was very close to the U-Bahn. There was a grocery nearby. There was a laundry and fitness center in the hotel. Contrary to the description that the hotel is located on a quiet road, there are two youth hostels and a youth hangout-bar opposite. The hotel is newly build and some areas are still in construction. It is located 1 minute away from the railway station and therefore a lot of strange people hang around in the streets nearby. I would not recomment for alone travelling women to stay there. They write they have a parking garage, but it has only about 5 spaces... more

While overall I'd recommend this hotel, there were a few little things which could have been better. To start with the location is perfect, especially if you're arriving by train.
