I've stayed here several times now. The staff are extremely nice, breakfast is fantastic, rooms are basic, clean, comfortable and a bargain. You can book via email, the hotel is perfectly placed to use Munich's brilliant transport system. All in all - excellent value for money!!

Just back from staying 4 nights at this hotel and visiting Oktoberfest. It was easy to walk to Marienplatz and to the Oktoberfest site. Found the staff very helpful and communicative even with limited skills in each other's languages - which funny too! No problem booking via e mail. (or when I had to amend it). Location, location, location. A working class hotel a block from Karlsplatz makes it very convenient. Much better than near the train station.
