The reception is from an era, not even in place in the 1970's. The lift is a joke, don't take a pram! The rooms are a disgrace, as are the facilities. Forget about this place, OK it's convenient but so is sleeping rough. Give this place a wide berth and book something 3 star instead. More

Stayed here for 2 nights to run the Munich Marathon. Great central location, close to Marienplatz, bahn station, Viktualienmarkt is practically next door with wonderful produces and gourmet food. Room and shower were small. Front desk person "Chris" was very helpful and nice. More

If you are American and pay by credit card, beware that they charge you in dollars using a very unfavorable exchange rate. This increases the cost by about $5/day.
