Great staff, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Easy to communicate with all members of staff as all spoke fluent English. Hotel is in great location near stations, city centre and Oktoberfest venue. Room was quiet and well-equipped, bed large and comfortable, bathroom very modern and spacious.
