Nothing to say about location and kindness of Reception people but, also this year, during the night some people were doing a lot of noise with loud music and voices, the wireless connection, eve if free was working very bad. Nice but small room and good breakfast.

I didn't rate this hotel when staying there recently. The hotel staff were lovely but it stopped there. The room was very small; the bed a single; I had to collect the iron from reception and they provided no ironing board; the shower fluctuated between hot and cold and the noise from outside was very disturbing.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have experienced. Near Sendlinger Tor UBahn. Not too far from Alt Rathaus. Expensive at time of Octoberfest. Fair breakfast. Friendly service. Had room on street and was worried about noise but windows were sound proof.

The location near Sendlinger Tor is excellent, both for walking into the old city centre (10 mins) and for public transport links (trams and U-bahn). The staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful both on reception and at breakfast. Breakfast provided a good variety of interesting food.
