Stayed 3 night in July 2008. Very helpful staff and above average breakfast for the cost. Easy to get to via S-bahn and U-bahn as is everything in Munich. Hotel still allows smoking in some rooms so some of the hallways we were in smelled of smoke. We are non-smokers and the room we were giving was a smoking room.... more

Good overall! The floors were in dark. The room was not very clean. TV only with german channels. Near the motorway , and metro station. Parking for 10 euro/night. more

From the Hauptbahnhof, you need to the "S" train to Marienplatz and transfer for "U6" train to Nordfriedof station. Stayed there with my teenage niece upon her arrival in Munich. The weekend rates and general comfort for the Ibis chain are quite attractive. This hotel is a few minutes walk to the U Bahn and offers parking at reasonable rates. more

Stayed 3 nights in October, 2004. The hotel is a less than 5 minute walk from the U-Bahn Nordfriedhof station, which is a 10-15 minute metro ride from Marienplatz. I paid 68 Euros per night including buffet breakfast which is available from the restaurant attached to the hotel. Or you can save 9 Euros and eat at the patisserie next... more
